  1. Place broccoli, peas, garlic, ginger and water in a medium soup pot and bring to a slow boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes or until broccoli stems have softened.
  2. Remove pot from heat and place the greens on top. Put top back on pot and let sit for 5 minutes as the greens wilt.
  3. Pour soup into a high-speed blender or use a hand inversion blender to puree the soup. Stir in remaining ingredients and blend again until well combined.  
  4. Option to top with more hemp seeds, a drizzle of Sriracha or a scoop of Kraut. Travels well for meals on the go in a mason jar or good old travel insulated coffee cup.
Recipe Notes

NOTE
Be sure to add the miso at the end. Placing miso over high heat destroys many of its nutritional properties. Stirring it in at then end helps you get the best bang for your buck!
